These terms govern your use of ZIVAURA, operated by ZIVAURA [ENTITY PENDING]. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them.

Your account

• You must be at least 18, or use ZIVAURA under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
• Keep your credentials confidential - activity under your account is your responsibility.
• One account per person; we may suspend accounts used fraudulently or abusively.

Virtual try-on

• You must own the photos you upload and they must depict you (or someone who has given you permission).
• You grant us a limited licence to process those photos solely to generate try-on images for you. See the Privacy Policy for how they are handled.
• Try-on images are AI-generated previews, not photographs - see AI-generated imagery below.
• Daily generation limits apply and may change.

AI-generated imagery

ZIVAURA uses artificial intelligence to create the images you see on try-on. When you generate a try-on, a generative AI model - run by our AI technology partner on our behalf - produces a new, synthetic image of you wearing the selected product, based on the photos you have uploaded. These images are computer-generated. They are not photographs, and no physical garment was worn or photographed to produce them.

• A try-on image is an approximation. Fit, drape, proportions, colour, fabric texture, prints, logos and fine detail can all differ from the real product, and should not be relied on as an exact representation of what you will receive.
• Generative AI can produce unexpected, inaccurate or unflattering results, and repeating the same try-on can give a different image each time. Where something looks wrong, you can generate again or tell us about it.
• AI is also used elsewhere in the service - for example to check that an uploaded photo is usable and to suggest products.
• Try-on images are for your own personal use. Please do not present them as genuine photographs, use them to misrepresent a product, or generate images of anyone who has not agreed to it.

How the photos behind these images are handled - including that they are processed under contract, are never used to train models on your identity, are never sold, and can be deleted by you at any time - is set out in the Privacy Policy.

Orders and pricing

• All prices are shown in INR. Prices are exclusive of GST, which is itemised at checkout.
• An order is accepted when payment is captured. If an item sells out before capture completes, we cancel and refund automatically.
• Obvious pricing errors may be cancelled before dispatch with a full refund.

Intellectual property

The ZIVAURA name, design system, and platform are ours or our licensors'. Product images belong to the listed brands. Your photos remain yours.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at the registered office's jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to consumer-protection rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes are announced on the site. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
